Shipping & Postage

FREE Express Postage on INFORCE items

For a limited time we are including Free Express Delivery to Metro areas within Australia for INFORCE branded products. Your package will be delivered via the most suitable freight service. Your package will be trackable and may require a signature upon delivery.

If you are outside a Metro area please contact us to arrange delivery which may incur extra charges. For commercial or agency based orders we reserve the right to quote final price and freight on a per order basis, this may be due to product.


Our pricing is subject to change in line with fluctuations in currency markets and commercial supply source.

What Are Our Payment Options?

Credit Card - We use PayPal to ensure you have a secure and convenient buying experience.

EFT/Bank Transfer - Please contact us and we will provide you with an invoice payable.

Conditions of Dispatch

All items must be paid for in full and cleared before we can dispatch your item. Items in stock will be shipped within 48hrs of order.

In some circumstances shipment may take longer, such as: Large quantity orders, items needing to be manufactured, or items not in stock. If this is the case you will be notified via email with an indicative delivery schedule and we will get your item to you at a priority.

360 Defence will not be held liable for items lost, stolen or damaged during transit.


We want to ensure our customer's online transactions are as safe as possible, so we choose PayPal. Your entire purchase is securely handled by PayPal which gives you 100% Buyer Protection.



Our products carry full manufacturer based warranties and our stock is Australian Registered Product.

360 Defence is the sole authorised agent for INFORCE within Australia, as such INFORCE products sold by us are covered in full by warranty issued by the manufacturer. INFORCE products not purchased through an authorised dealer or purchased outside of Australia are not covered by 360 Defence.

For items purchased online.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt:

in the event of the non-arrival of any or all of the goods – we track every item posted

if there is damage to the goods;

if the wrong goods or quantity have been received;

if goods do not meet specifications

we do not cover return postage on items sold online
